This Offer is addressed to any natural or legal person located outside the United Arab Emirates who expresses readiness to use the Contractor’s services, hereinafter referred to as the "Client".
  1. General provisions
  2. 1.1. This document is an official proposal (offer) and contains all essential terms of the contract.
  3. 1.2. Acceptance of this Offer is deemed to have occurred upon payment for services, placing an order, confirming consent on the website, or by any other method specified by the Contractor.
  4. 1.3. From the moment of acceptance, a contract between the Contractor and the Client is considered concluded on the terms of this Offer.
  5. Subject of the contract
  6. 2.1. The Contractor provides the Client with informational and analytical services in the field of sports statistics, analysis, and forecasting, including provision of analytical materials, reviews, statistical data, expert opinions, and other digital informational products.
  7. 2.2. Services are provided remotely via the website, email, Telegram, messengers, and other digital communication channels.
  8. 2.3. Services are intended for an international audience and are not offered to clients located in the UAE.
  9. 2.4. Materials are strictly informational and analytical in nature, do not guarantee any result, and are not an invitation to participate in betting, gambling, investments, or any other regulated activity.
  10. Payment procedure and provision of services
  11. 3.1. The cost, scope, terms, and format of service provision are specified on the Contractor’s website, in an invoice, commercial offer, or in a communication from the Contractor.
  12. 3.2. Payment is made as 100% prepayment unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
  13. 3.3. Payment is considered confirmation of the Client’s acceptance of the terms of this Offer.
  14. 3.4. Refunds are possible only in cases expressly provided for by this Offer, the Returns Policy, or applicable law.
  15. Rights and obligations of the parties
  16. 4.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
  • provide the paid materials within the agreed timeframe;
  • maintain the confidentiality of the Client’s personal data;
  • use reasonable measures to protect data and access to paid materials.
  • 4.2. The Client undertakes to:
  • provide accurate contact and payment information;
  • not transfer materials to third parties without the Contractor’s written consent;
  • use materials only for personal or agreed internal business purposes, unless otherwise permitted by the Contractor.
  • 4.3. The Contractor is not liable for any decisions and actions of the Client taken on the basis of the received information, including possible financial losses.
  1. Intellectual property
  2. 5.1. All materials provided to the Client are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
  3. 5.2. The Client is granted a non‑exclusive right to use the materials to the extent necessary for personal review or agreed business use.
  4. 5.3. Copying, resale, public distribution, and other commercial use of the materials without the Contractor’s written consent are prohibited.
  5. Disclaimer
  6. 6.1. All services are informational and analytical in nature and do not guarantee the outcome of sporting events.
  7. 6.2. The Contractor is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, does not organize gambling, and does not encourage participation in such activities.
  8. 6.3. The Client is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their country when using the Contractor’s materials.
  9. Personal data and confidentiality
  10. 7.1. The Contractor processes the Client’s personal data for the purpose of performing this Offer, feedback, invoicing, and providing services.
  11. 7.2. Detailed rules for personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.
  12. Force majeure
  13. 8.1. The Contractor is released from liability for non‑performance of obligations in case of force majeure circumstances, including technical failures, platform blockages, communication outages, actions of governmental authorities, military actions, natural disasters, and other circumstances beyond the parties’ control.
  14. Term and amendment of the Offer
  15. 9.1. This Offer enters into force upon publication and remains effective indefinitely until withdrawn by the Contractor.
  16. 9.2. The Contractor may amend the Offer unilaterally. The new version becomes effective upon its publication on the Contractor’s website and does not apply to services already fully paid for at the time of the change, unless otherwise stated.
  17. Governing law and disputes
  18. 10.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the rules of the free zone in which the Contractor is registered.
  19. 10.2. The parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a competent court or arbitration in the UAE, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
  20. 10.3. The Client confirms that they independently comply with the applicable laws of their country when using the Contractor’s services.
