This Returns Policy governs the procedure for handling refund requests for services and digital content provided by SportAnalytics FZ-LLC with Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates, license No. 47034606, address: CWEP5670 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (the "Operator"), via the website sport-analytics365.com.
By placing an order or paying for services on the Site, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and agree to its terms.
- General provisions
- 1.1. The services provided on the Site are digital, informational, and analytical in nature.
- 1.2. After access to paid content is granted, analytical material is sent, or a subscription is activated, the service is considered started or rendered in the corresponding part.
- 1.3. Since the services are digital, the standard right of return applicable to physical goods generally does not apply in full to already provided digital content.
- 1.4. This Returns Policy does not limit the non-waivable rights of the user where such rights are expressly provided by applicable mandatory law.
- When a refund may be granted
- 2.1. The Operator may consider a refund in the following cases:
- a confirmed technical failure occurred on the Site's side or the payment provider's side, due to which the user did not receive access to the paid service;
- the user was erroneously charged twice for the same product;
- the charge was made for an amount materially different from the amount indicated on the Site;
- the service was not provided due to the Operator's fault within a reasonable timeframe established for the respective product.
- 2.2. The decision on a refund is made by the Operator after verifying the circumstances of the request and supporting materials.
- When a refund will not be made
- 3.1. A refund will not be made if:
- access to digital content has already been provided;
- the analytical material has already been sent or opened by the user;
- the service is considered rendered under the Site's terms or the offer;
- the user changed their mind after receiving access;
- the request is related to dissatisfaction with a prediction, the result of a sporting event, or a personal assessment of the quality of the analytics;
- the user violated the terms of the User Agreement, Disclaimer, or the Site's Rules of Use;
- the request is submitted after the expiration of the period established in this Policy without lawful grounds.
- Time limits for submitting a request
- 4.1. A refund request must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of payment if it concerns a technical issue or erroneous payment.
- 4.2. If the request concerns a duplicate payment or an incorrect charged amount, it must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the time of payment.
- 4.3. After the specified periods, the Operator may refuse a refund unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
- How to submit a request

- 5.2. The appeal must include:
- full name or account name;
- the e-mail used for payment;
- date and amount of the payment;
- the name of the purchased product or subscription;
- description of the issue;
- screenshots of the error, proof of charge, or other evidence, if available.

- Review timelines
- 6.1. The Operator will confirm receipt of the request within 2 business days.
- 6.2. The review of the request usually takes up to 7 business days if no additional verification is required.
- 6.3. In complex cases, the review period may be extended, in which case the user will be notified separately.
- Refund procedure
- 7.1. If a refund is approved, funds will be returned to the same payment method from which the payment was made, if technically possible.
- 7.2. The time it takes for funds to appear depends on the bank, payment system, and the user's country, and may require additional time after the refund is issued.
- 7.3. The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment systems, or other circumstances beyond the Operator's control.
- International users
- 8.1. The Site is targeted at clients located outside the United Arab Emirates.
- 8.2. If the law of the user's country provides additional rights to cancel or obtain a refund, such rights apply only to the extent they are mandatory and cannot be limited by this Policy.
- 8.3. The user is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their country when purchasing and using the Site's services.
- Changes to the policy
- 9.1. The Operator may modify this Returns Policy at any time.
